Members of the Breast Cancer Now committee were on Strand Street yesterday as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which takes place every October.
The Minions proved to be a big hit with shoppers, with many people stopping to have their picture taken with them. The team have a stall on Strand Street every October and between 10am – 4pm were on hand to answer any questions about breast cancer and raise awareness of the disease.
There were also many BCNow items and a selection of knitted dolls and teddies kindly made by Julie Clarke for sale.
